Week 6 was underwhelming to say the least, unless you owned Derrick Henry or Justin Jefferson. Week 7 waiver wire seems to be just as underwhelming as the fantasy play in Week 6, just not much to get excited about. If you by chance listened to me and picked up Andy Dalton, I am sorry. Andy Dalton seemed to have spent more time doing his hair than reading the playbook. I will personally be using my waiver wire in only one of my leagues because most of these players are already owned in my leagues. Happy hunting boys and girls.
Travis Fulgham- 45% owned
The injuries keep coming in for the Eagles, with Zach Ertz and Miles Sanders added to the injury report on Monday. Travis Fulgham obviously couldn’t repeat his career day from Week 5, but he did bring in 6 catches for 75 yards and a jump ball TD in Week 6. That is now back to back games with at least 10 targets for Fulgham. Now I will admit I left him off of the list last week because of two reasons: I despised the matchup with the Ravens, and I wasn’t about to have everyone chasing points. It looks as though Fulgham will be the number one passing option in the receiving core until we see otherwise.
Chase Claypool- 49% owned
I tried to tell you, but you didn’t listen. Chase Claypool is here to stay and it will be too late if you are reading this and still don’t own him. The Steelers will find a WR at a tennis match and make them fantasy relevant. Chase caught all 4 targets for 75 yards, and was used again in the run game on the goal line for a TD. The Steelers seem to want to carve a role out for Claypool even just a few times a game, and with his explosion and athleticism, that may be all he needs to be fantasy relevant for the rest of the year.

Jerick McKinnon- 67% & JaMycal Hasty- 0% owned
I knew I should’ve held onto him being that I own Mostert in my home league… but here we are. We know what McKinnon is about and we already wrote about him earlier in the year for the same reason. Whoever is the 49ers starting RB will be worth owning in fantasy football. Hasty did get the majority of the work on Sunday night, but I believe it was because they were already ahead in the game enough that it didn’t matter who they put in that backfield. Deeper leagues might want to scoop up Hasty.
Boston Scott- 10% owned
It is still uncertain at the time of writing this article of the severity of the Miles Sanders injury, but Boston Scott would be walking into a valuable role as the Eagles starting RB. There was some hype around this guy during the summer after how well he played in the playoffs, but the hype deflated almost immediately. In a deeper league, with plenty of injuries at the position, and bye weeks upon us, he may be the only option available that will see enough work to be fantasy relevant like Boston Scott.
Justin Herbert- 47% owned
I really hope after this week I won’t have to write about him again in this article. Justin Herbert should be owned in 100% of leagues. On a points per game average, Herbert is the QB9 averaging 22.58 points per game. He is ranked 9th in TDs, and has thrown for 1200 yards in 4 games. The kid is simply a stud. Pick him up and play him this week versus the Jaguars and thank me later.

Tim Patrick- 18% owned
Tim Patrick now has back to back 100 yard games, one against a solid Patriots defense. This may be a dart throw with a blind fold, but I wouldn’t be surprised if Patrick becomes the de-facto WR1 for the rest of the season. He seems to have carved his role out to be fantasy relevant especially in deeper leagues.
