Week 6 is in the books and now we look forward to Week 7. Not feeling some of the spreads this week? This week's slate of games feature some enticing player prop bets as well which, if gambled on correctly and responsibly can add a nice amount of units to your accounts.
(All picks are based off of DraftKings Sportsbook)
Todd Gurley OVER 57.7 rushing yards against the Minnesota Vikings
Coming off a masterful 14 carry, 121 yard showing against the Carolina Panthers, Gurley looked to regain his prior form as he was once again a focal point in the offense. With Atlantas’s receivers a little banged up and a new interim coach who has had a run heavy tendency in the past Gurley could see some action early. The Falcons are going up against a Vikings run defense ranked 24th in the league and giving up 132.6 yards per game on the ground. Lock her in.
Tom Brady UNDER 295.5 passing yards against the Green Bay Packers
Tom Terrific has had two games this season throwing for over 295 yards...and one of them he threw for 297. While I expect this game to be more of a shootout then, the Packers defense led by Jaire Alexander is giving up 247.5 yards per game through the air.
Josh Allen OVER 1.5 touchdown passes against the Kansas City Chiefs
I don’t think last week's showing against the Titans was any indication of the mafia being a porous team so I’m still on the Josh Allen MVP train. Allen has thrown for over 2 touchdowns in each game this season and while the Chiefs are giving up an average of 1.4 touchdown passes per game, this one has the making of a good ol’ fashioned shootout as these two teams aim for AFC supremacy.
Kyler Murray OVER 1.5 touchdown passes against the Dallas Cowboys
Dallas May have an explosive offense still without Dak, but their defense has more holes in it then Swiss cheese. Big D’s D is giving up 2.4 touchdown passes per game, good for 29th in the league and Kyler Murray has an abundance of weapons to throw the ball around too. Expect Nuke to have a ball of a game with at least one trip to the end zone.
Ryan Fitzpatrick OVER 1.5 touchdown passes against the New York Jets
Good for the 25th ranked pass defense, these Jets defenders have been grounded and a complete dumpster fire. It’s so bad you just can’t help but look, and that’s what Fitzmagic is going to see as he tears up that defense. Coming off a 3 touchdown performance against the 49ers, it’s the time of year where Fitz is an elite QB so ride that hot streak right now.
